Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP), Soya chunks or Soya Mince is a by-product of extracting soybean oil.
Soya Mince is often used as a meat replacement or meat extender protein dish.
Soya minces are quick to cook, with a protein content comparable to some meats.
Preparation Instructions:
Mix 1kg Flavour-RITE Soya Mince with 6l of water. Bring to boil, simmer for 20 to 30 minutes and serve.
Serve as a beef and soya mince stew or curry with vegetables, beans, rice, maize meal or pasta.
